Childhood Days
In the lands of Nyanga he grew up with others as an ordinary young man and went to school in Nyanga. In his childhood days, he went to a Pentecostal denominational church and he was an active and zealous young man.
Forsaking all, to follow The Message of our day
After finishing school he went to Harare looking for a job and was staying with his uncle who was a message believer.
His uncle saw the zeal for God and the sincerity that was in him, but his sincerity and zeal was for something which was not the truth, as is written concerning Paul the apostle in Book of
Galatians 1:13-16
"13 For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it:
14 And profited in the Jews' religion above many my equals in mine own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers.
15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,
.16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:
His uncle started to testify to him about the Message of our day, that God brought to us by His Prophet, William Marrion Branham. After some time of being testified to, finally the Light of the Message flashed on the Seed of God which was laying dormant in his heart and the Seed came to Life.
From that time, he gave his life to Jesus Christ and made a clear cut decision, forsaking all, to follow The Message of our day. When God's Light struck God's Seed in him, he recognized his day and the Message of his day and he left the Pentecostal denomination in 1995 to follow The Message of our day preached by William Marrion Branham.
Vibrant youth and missionary work
Two years after embracing the Message of William Marrion Branham, he became one of the vibrant youths who were involved in missionary work at Eastlea Tabernacle. He grew in Christ and in the ministry under the stewardship of the late, Pastor H.B Chesa of Eastlea Tabernacle.
He went to many places with his friends on missionary work. Going out to preach on missionary fields was part of his life. The late Pastor H.B. Chesa natured the gift that was in this young man. In 1998, this young man was responsible for looking after a group of Message believers in Chiguhune, in Gutu Masvingo. He faithfully went to preach in Chiguhune during weekends and God gave him experiences that moulded the character that we now admire in him today.
He endured the hardships of going out to minister in this place, as it was not easy at one time to access this place due to transport problems. He could walk long distances and cross rivers in order to reach those souls in Chiguhune, it was part of God's training to him.
